A fine Friday night
A good night of riding, Bandit did well on the cows after a while… I liked when I had to chase one back to the herd at a gallop… on the way home stopped at Stewart’s and picked up a 12 pack of beer, made some popcorn and got a nice buzz on. Ahhh, a fine Friday night.

Spring cleanup
I finally got one (out of four) trimmers working, thank goodness. I got so frustrated yesterday I took one of the trimmers and threw it in the garbage. (I might go back later and take it out… no let it go) I put the repaired gear box on the brushhog so I can do some mowing soon. The sun is out and I’m feeling better.

My new preamp. Made this from schematic and it works great. Then I had to fabricate the input module.. switches, jacks, battery hookup etc.

A record heat for the end of April of 89 degrees was enough to give my paints their first bath of the season. Let me tell you they really needed it. This is linked to flickr.

Happy Birthday to Adele and Andrew!

Into the Mystic
Played “Into the Mystic”, “I can see clearly now”, and “Brown Eyed Girl” last night on my baritone guitar. Pete stopped in after his gig and played some mean guitar with the band… How cool is that!
Got my MRI yesterday for my shoulder and see the doctor next week.
